The Chocolate Works was first started by mother, Melodie Hand, and son, Anthony Little. We started this business because Anthony knew he wanted to be a chef when he was 12 (2001).   We believe in nurturing our children's interest and talents and so this was an easy way to introduce Anthony to culinary arts (Anthony is now 26 and is a chef). We also love chocolate. And now, 2017, I am reviving an old craft with my youngest son, Kyle, to add to my existing Tea & Coffee bar.   We want to help people escape the chaos of their everyday lives by taking a relaxing break with gourmet treats, coffees & teas, good company, a warm comfortable environment and friendly faces.

“We have been ceating since 2001, and I have enjoyed every second of it! With the support of my amazing family and friends, I am able to run coffee & tea bar and create wonderfully delicious chocolate treats. Both are equally satisfying endeavors for me, and I hope to keep expanding both businesses and have a fantastic time doing so.”
