Chocolate Coatings

We use top quality chocolates and candy coatings in all of our products.  

MILK CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COATING - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non Fat Dry Milk, Cocoa, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier) and Salt

DARK CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COATING -  Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil Cocoa, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier), and Salt.

PEANUT BUTTER FLAVORED COATING - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil Non-Fat Dry Milk, Peanuts, Dry Whole Milk, Cocoa, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier), Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavor.

BUTTERSCOTCH FLAVORED COATING - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier), Artificial Butterscotch Flavor, Salt and Artificial Color (includes FD&C Yellow No. 5 (Tartrazine).

WHITE CHOCOLATE COATING - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier), Salt and Vanillin (an artificial flavor).

GREEN, ORANGE, PEACH  & YELLOW COATINGS - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non-Fat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an emulsifier), Salt, Vanillin (an artificial flavor) and Artificial Color (includes FD&C Yellow No. 5 (Tartrazine).

PINK, BLUE, ORCHID & RED COATINGS - Ingredients: Sugar, Fractionated Palm Kernel Oil, Non Fat Dry Milk, Dry Whole Milk, Glyceryl-Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids, Lecithin (an  emulsifier), Salt, Vanillin (an artificial flavor) and Artificial Color.

SUGAR FREE MILK CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COATING - Ingredients: Maltitol, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Palm Oil (with Glyceryl Lacto Esters), Calcium Carbonate, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Milkfat, Calcium Caseinate, Soya Lecithin (emulsifier), Vanillin (artificial flavoring).

SUGAR FREE DARK CHOCOLATE FLAVORED COATING - Maltitol, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Palm Oil (with Glyceryl Lacto Esters), Calcium Carbonate, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Cocoa Milkfat, Calcium Caseinate, Soya Lecithin (emulsifier), Vanillin (artificial flavoring).

SUGAR FREE WHITE CHOCOLATE COATING - Ingredients: Maltitol, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Palm Oil (with Glyceryl Lacto Esters), Calcium Carbonate, Polydextrose, Milkfat, Calcium Caseinate, Soya Lecithin (emulsifier), Natural Flavors.

 

 

 

REAL Chocolate

We use a variety of real chocolate bases in our products. Below are a few that are most often used.  We will be adding ingredient listings very soon.

 

Dark (Semi-Sweet) Chocolate - Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Butterfat, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), and Vanillin.

Milk Chocolate - Sugar, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Liquor, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), and Vanillin.

White Chocolate - Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Palm Kernel and Palm Oils, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Nonfat Milk, Soy Lecithin (emulsifier), and Vanillin.

 

 

Coffee Bean Buttons™

The ingredients will vary depending on the type of coffee bean, the chocolate used, the flavors used, etc.  We have listed the types of beans and flavors available with each type of chocolate below.

  1. Chocolate Coating Types: Regular

  2. Chocolate Coating: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate (please see above for ingredients of chocolates).

  3. Coffee Bean Options: Kona, French Roast, Mocha Java, Vanilla Nut, or Hazelnut.  We may add more bean options in the future.  If you prefer a particular bean that is not listed here please feel free to email us.

  4. Flavors: Almond, Amaretto, Hazelnut, Irish Crème, Kahlua, Mint, or Plain

  5. Other: We also offer Real Dark Chocolate (Semi-Sweet) with an Espresso Bean in the center for those who prefer the taste of real dark chocolate.  This option is our Espresso Blend.

  6. Espresso Bark: Only available in Real Dark Chocolate.

Specialty-Bitez™ - Bite sized cream filled chocolates, Truffles and more.  We have a variety of cream filled chocolates available.  Among them are: Black Raspberry, Caramel, Chocolate Hazelnut, Crème-De-Menthe, Marshmallow, and Pina Colada.  We can also create a cream filling using any of our available flavors.  For ingredients of our cream fillings please see below.  Our Truffles are also available in a variety of flavor blends including (but not limited to): Coconut, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mint, Mocha Hazelnut, Cherry, Pomegranate, and any combination of these flavors.  Buckeyeyz™, Bon Bonz™ and many other products fill this category. 

 

Choco-Bits

  • Choco-Pretzelz™ - There are several shapes and sizes of chocolate dipped pretzels to choose from.  They are available in your selection of type of chocolate coating flavor (Milk, Dark, or White).  But we also have them available with Peanut Butter Flavored chocolate coating as well.  The pretzels contain the following: Unbleached Wheat Flour, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or cottonseed oils), Malted Barley, Dextrose, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast, and Soda.
     

  • Chocolate Boxes - These are wonderful solid chocolate boxes.  These make excellent gift items.  They can be filled with a variety of our products (inquire about filling options currently available). We will soon be offering a variety of box "styles".  Currently we have the following available:
     

    • Choco-Box with Bow - Available with the following choices:

      1. Regular or Sugar Free (chocolate candy coatings).

      2. Milk Chocolate Coating, Dark Chocolate Coating, or White Chocolate Coating.

      3. Flavors: Almond, Amaretto, Crème de Menthe, Hazelnut, Irish Crème, Kahlua, Mint, Vanilla or Plain. (more flavors coming soon)

    Choco-Spoonz™ - These are FABULOUS!!!!  These chocolate covered spoons are not just dipped once or twice in chocolate.....they have a FULL 1/2 ounce or 1 ounce of chocolate on them.  They are available in two sizes, 1/2 ounce and 1 ounce.  These are generally used to stir into coffee for flavor but can, of course, be eaten as a chocolate lollipop.  :o)  Available choices are:

    1. Regular or Sugar Free (chocolate candy coatings) - Sugar Free is "Special Order Only".

    2. Milk Chocolate Coating, Dark Chocolate Coating, or White Chocolate Coating.

    3. Many flavors to choose from - Almond, Amaretto, Crème de Menthe, Hazelnut, Irish Crème, Kahlua, Mint, Vanilla or Plain.

     

    Custom-Workz™ - We also offer a variety of chocolate candy bars with custom wrappers.  These are great business give-aways for customer appreciation.  They're also great for baby showers, baby announcements, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.  Please email us for further details.

     

     

    Cream Centers
