In order to ensure quality and freshness,  please allow 2 weeks for shipment of your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, there are a few shipping stipulations:

1. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.....street addresses only.

2. Warm weather shipments are subject to higher shipping fees as they are shipped overnight or 2nd day (depending on where we are shipping to).

3. Due to the nature of our products it is advisable to have someone personally accept packages.  Please be sure to provide a ship to address that generally has someone present that can accept delivery.  We are not responsible for packages left outside by any mail/package carrier.  Nor are we responsible for packages that are not picked up or alternate delivery arrangements made once notice is left by the carrier about an attempted delivery of a package.

4. Any errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of package.  Please check your packages carefully when they arrive.

5. During summer months, and when shipping to states of warmer climate, we do not guarantee the safe delivery of our chocolates. 

6. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier service of our choice.  If a specific carrier is requested please let us know.  There may be an additional fee if special arrangements need to be made that are not within our regular shipping methods.

    

    

    

    

Our Shipping & Handling fees are as follows:

Regular Shipping (not summer months or to warmer climates)
We use either USPS or UPS for shipping orders.  Our cart is configured to utilize USPS shipping rates based on the weight of your order.  However, we reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice.  Shipping fees are applied to EACH ship to address per order (ie. 3 ship to addresses for one order would incur 3 seperate shipping fees being billed).

Order that total over $1000 will be billed at a rate of 10% of the order for shipping fees due to the weight of the order and the number of packages that would be required to ship this size of an order.

Summer Shipping (& shipping to warmer climates)

During summer months and when shipping to warmer climates we bill according to our normal shipping rates PLUS a MINIMUM handling fee of $5.00 per order (depending on the size of your order and the number of packages required to ship additional handling fees may be billed) to cover the added expense of ice packs and extra packing material required to prevent the products from melting.  MOST shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail.  However, we reserve the right to ship via next day or 2 day shipping to some locations (ex. CA & TX) with shipping fees based on weight, ship to address, and extra packaging materials required.  In such cases actual shipping fees will apply (in addition to packing material costs) and may be billed separately.  If shipping fees are more than what is quoted on the invoice (other than the additional summer weather handling fee) we will contact you for approval BEFORE shipping your order and/or billing your credit card. Please do not send payment (if paying via check or money order) until we have confirmed the shipping rate.
